Shipping

1. Order Fulfilment Timeline:

• As all our suits are made-to-order, production begins after your order is confirmed.
• Production typically takes 6–8 weeks (subject to fabric availability and customization).
• Once completed, suits are shipped immediately.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods:

• We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your suit is dispatched.

3. International Shipping:

• We ship globally. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Made-to-Order Policy:

• Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Alteration Assistance:

• If your suit requires adjustments, we offer complimentary alteration consultations within 30 days of delivery.
• Alteration costs incurred at your local tailor may be reimbursed up to a certain amount (proof of receipt required).

            3.         Defects or Errors:

• If there is an issue with the craftsmanship or the suit does not meet the specifications provided, we will repair or remake the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your suit.

4. Returns for Non-Customized Items:

• If your order includes accessories or non-customized products, these may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
